Robert Troy is an accomplished investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the venture capital and high-tech sectors. Currently serving as an Investor at Ascend Elements since June 2023, Robert is also the Founder and Managing Director of AXIAL Partners, which focuses on Generative AI technologies for energy transition and materials. Previously, Robert founded and managed Agave Partners, LLC, providing strategic advisory and M&A services for international business development. Robert's background includes leadership roles at Geneva Venture Partners and Geneva Group International, where expertise in executive searches and venture capital was honed. A former Senior Managing Director at an investment bank, Robert managed a significant portfolio in high-tech and renewable industries. Robert’s educational credentials include a Doctorate in Computer Science from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and training from the Venture Capital Institute.
