Novella Niro possesses extensive experience in leadership and international relations, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer's Assistant at Agave Farmaceutici since November 2018 and working as an International Relations Specialist at ASTROCYTE QUANT LIMITED since January 2014. Previous roles include Vice Responsabile at Boscolo Hotels S.P.A. from October 2008 to December 2013, where responsibilities encompassed the organization of international events, contract management, and coordination of various departments. Novella began a career in academia at the Università di Bologna, contributing to educational support services in various capacities between 2004 and 2007. Novella holds a Laurea Specialistica in English and Spanish language and literature from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, complemented by certifications from Instituto Cervantes and Universidad de Almería.
