Nidhi Gupta is a prominent technology leader and advocate for gender diversity in engineering roles, currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of SheTO since 2019, an organization dedicated to increasing the representation of women in engineering executive positions. Nidhi has held various leadership roles, including Chief Technology & Product Officer at Hired, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering at Tophatter. Nidhi's board experience includes positions on the Board of Directors of Agave and as President of the Board of Directors for the Palo Alto Art Center Foundation. Nidhi has also contributed as an advisor for theBoardlist, which focuses on promoting women in corporate board roles. Nidhi holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering.
