Ethan O. Cooper was born and raised in Lake City, Florida, with the love of the outdoors in his blood. After graduating high school, Ethan attended Lake City Community College, obtaining a dual degree in Golf Course Operations and Turf Management. Prior to being accepted into the Turf Management program, Ethan completed a year-long internship working at Houston Lake Country Club golf course in Perry, Georgia. Ethan completed two more required internships at The Augusta National Golf Course and Great Waters at Reynolds Plantation. These opportunities led him to his next challenge: being invited to assist Augusta National with The Masterās Tournament over the next seven years.
Through years of building friendships and relationships in the agriculture industry, Ethan was given the opportunity to hang his hat in Georgia, making it his home in 1997. Ethan spent 17 years in Golf Course Management where his responsibilities included golf course construction and renovations, and assisting Reynolds Plantation in growing a 36-hole facility to its current 117 holes. Ethanās experience at Reynolds Plantation included planning, coordinating, and executing several televised golf tournaments.
He is an active member of his community and attends Cross Roads Baptist Church. His loyalty to the betterment of Lake Oconee is exemplified through past commitments, some of which have led him to become a graduate of Leadership Putnam, taking on chairperson roles with local events benefiting Outdoors without Limits, and coaching baseball for both the Putnam County Recreational Department and Lake Oconeeās travel baseball team. Ethan has been recognized by Greene & Putnam County Rotary Club as a Paul Harris Fellow.
Ethan joined AgAmerica Lending as a Relationship Manager in 2013. He is dedicated to providing individual attention to each of his clients and building both personal friendships and professional relationships with them.
