Ibtisam Youns has extensive experience in the social work field, currently serving as an Assistant Manager and Social Worker since January 2014 in a freelance capacity. Previously, Ibtisam worked as a Caseworker for the International Rescue Committee (IRC) from June 2017 to May 2024, and as a Social Worker in Camp Hasakah with mdrasty from March 2007 to April 2024. Ibtisam holds a degree in Sociology and Social Work from Aleppo University, completed between October 2002 and October 2006.
