Caroline Romy is currently working as a Global HR Officer at Aga Khan Foundation. Prior to this, Caroline held the role of HR Coordinator at Nestlé and HR Assistant/Project Lead in France at Hexcel. Caroline gained experience in project management, standardizing HR processes, creating HR KPIs Dashboards, and managing relationships with employee and workers councils. Caroline also has experience in training development, recruitment, and database maintenance. Caroline's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology and a Master's in Management and HR Direction.
