Chelsey Romo has extensive work experience in the field of credit services in the agricultural sector. Chelsey began their career in 2014 as a Credit Officer II at AgTexas, where they were responsible for completing loan applications, managing a portfolio of credits, and generating financial ratios to evaluate customers' financial status. In 2017, Chelsey joined Farm Credit Bank of Texas as a Credit Officer, where they continued to handle credit analysis and loan requests until 2020. Currently, Chelsey holds the role of VP Credit Services at AgTexas Farm Credit since February 2020.

Chelsey Romo attended West Texas A&M University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting.
