Geert Ramaut is an experienced professional in facility management and technical operations, currently serving as Senior Technical Manager Retail at AG REAL ESTATE since May 2017. With a long-standing role as Technical Director at Devimo Consult since February 2001, Geert oversees all building-related aspects, including technical maintenance, cleaning, and security. Prior to this, Geert worked as District Manager at Axima (Cofely Services) from May 1994 to February 2001, managing the technical maintenance of approximately 30 buildings and leading a team of 25 technicians. Geert holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electro Mechanics from B.M.E. Gent, completed in 1994.
