Robert Gould is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilitating collaborative change efforts, particularly at the intersection of natural resources, ecosystem health, and social well-being. Currently serving as a Senior Facilitator at Ag Innovations since July 2019, Robert provides strategic guidance and process design to diverse stakeholders. Previous roles include advising for Drawdown Marin, directing transformative climate solutions at The Foresight Lab, and leading commercial sales at SolarCraft. Robert founded GreenLight Solar and held significant positions at Charles Schwab and Interaction Associates, focusing on organizational development and training. Robert holds an M.A. in Business with a concentration in sustainability and a B.A. in English with a minor in Economics from respected institutions.
