Ramón Daniel Emiliani Mejía has been working in the technology industry since 2014. In that year, they began working as a Teaching Assistant at Universidad de Los Andes. Ramón Daniel continued in this role until 2015, when they became a Teaching Assistant for Circuits and Instrumentation. In 2018, they joined Advicetec as an Artificial Intelligence Analyst, where they designed and implemented a machine learning model baseline that achieved over 90% accuracy in document classification for Colombia’s single regulatory information system, developed a web scraping pipeline for downloading over 30,000 publicly available legal documents, and assisted in the technical assessment and implementation of AI cloud services. In 2020, they began working at AFX Medical as an R&D Developer and R&D Developer Intern.

Ramón Daniel Emiliani Mejía's education history includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Université de Montréal from 2018 to 2020, a Deep Learning Nanodegree from Udacity in 2017-2018, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Ingeniería Electrónica and Ingeniería Biomédica from the Universidad de Los Andes from 2011 to 2017.
