Joe Harris has a diverse work experience in the financial and retirement industry. Joe started their career as a Defined Benefit Pension Specialist at Buck Consultants in 1983, where they learned about benefit and social security calculations. Joe then moved up within the company, taking on roles such as Client Service Administration and Client Service Manager, responsible for end-to-end processing and managing relationships with DC clients. In 1998, they joined Mellon Financial (formerly Buck Consultants) as Vice President, where they established and managed the Total Benefits Outsourcing Shared Services group, handling various operations such as non-discrimination testing, payroll processing, and document scanning.
