Javier Ulloa has had a long and varied career in animation. Starting in 2009 as an Assistant Flash Animator for Morphonix LLC, they then moved to Life Sales in the same year as an Animator. In 2010, they were an Animator for Albino Blacksheep Inc. and in 2011 they were an Artist/Animator for Kidlandia, Inc. In 2012, they were an Animator for The Story Elves, an Animator (contract) for Andover Games, and a Flash Animator for Studio Yotta. In 2013, they were a Cutscene Animator/QA Tester for Interabang Entertainment and a Contract Animator for Lab Zero Games. Finally, in 2014 they were the Director of Animation for aftertec, Inc., producing, boarding, and animating the MC Gamer animation series for the MCSG Community and leading a small team of animators.

Javier Ulloa earned a Bachelor of Science in Media Arts and Animation from The Art Institute of California - San Francisco between 2007 and 2011.
