Nicoleta ColomeeÈ› has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nicoleta is currently the Head of Brand Marketing at Aftershoot since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Laboratory of Initiatives for Development (LID) as a Product UX Management & Creative Strategy & Marketing Expert, starting in July 2021. In the same year, they also co-founded Trow Services and worked as the DesignOps & Strategy at Pixieset until October 2022.

From 2016 to 2021, Nicoleta held multiple roles at Agile Partners. Nicoleta served as the Marketing and Strategy Director from October 2018 to June 2021, where they led a high-performing department and acted as the head of communications, marketing, creative strategy, and proxy product manager for clients. Prior to this, they were the Creative Team Lead from August 2016 to October 2018, managing design teams and overseeing the development of creative assets for clients.

Before joining Agile Partners, Nicoleta worked as the Marketing & Communications Director at PayAll Payment Systems, Inc. from September 2017 to May 2021. From July 2015 to August 2016, they were the Marketing Manager at Paynet SRL, where they played a proactive role in developing and launching Moldova's first licensed e-money issuer.

Nicoleta also has experience in the media industry. Nicoleta worked as the Editor in Chief & Managing Director at Revista "15 Minute" from February 2014 to June 2015, overseeing the publication's editorial policy, sales, content creation, and distribution. Prior to this, they were the Managing Editor at Realitatea.md from January 2014 to May 2014 and worked as a Reporter / Fashion & Lifestyle Editor at ProTV from April 2012 to September 2013, creating written and filmed content for news programs and the website perfecte.md.

Nicoleta ColomeeÈ› attended Universitatea de Stat din Moldova from 2010 to 2013, where they studied Law. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. Nicoleta completed a certification in Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in December 2022. In September 2022, they obtained a certification in Digital Transformation from Coursera. In October 2021, they became a Certified Product Marketing Manager through the AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management. Lastly, in April 2020, they completed a certification in Leading a Marketing Team from LinkedIn.
