Catrina Silova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, consulting, and organizational leadership. Currently serving in the CEO's Office at Aftershoot since July 2022, Catrina supports general company management, human resources, and finance, enabling strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, Catrina contributed as a Project Expert at CIVITTA, facilitating investment for the Moldova Investment Facilitation Platform, and held positions such as Project Manager at Spherik Accelerator and Regional Manager for Romania & Moldova at CIVITTA, showcasing expertise in managing teams, stakeholder engagement, and project execution. Catrina co-founded Rockit Academy, focusing on informal education in Moldova, and has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Economics from RÄ«gas Ekonomikas augstskola and ongoing studies at the University of Groningen.
