Rachel Johns brings extensive experience in program evaluation and impact assessment in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of National Evaluation & Impact at After-School All-Stars since July 2023, Rachel has a solid foundation in research and evaluation from previous roles, including Evaluation Manager and Evaluation Coordinator at Southern Methodist University's Center on Research and Evaluation from July 2017 to July 2023. Prior positions include Research and Evaluation Manager at Dallas Afterschool and Youth and Community Development Volunteer at Peace Corps. Rachel holds a Master of Social Work in Leadership for Community and Organizational Practice from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Social Work from Baylor University.
