Tiana Gayton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and program management within the nonprofit sector. Currently, Tiana serves as the Director of Development at After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles, where responsibilities include developing partnerships and raising funds to support after-school programs across 74 underserved schools. Prior roles include Associate Director of Development at the same organization, where Tiana contributed to educating and inspiring over 14,000 students, and Compliance Manager at Kobe Basketball Academy, overseeing staff and compliance in a large youth basketball camp.
