Estifania Parica is a Program Manager at After-School All-Stars Las Vegas. Previously, Estifania worked as a Math and Science special education teacher at The Help Group, focusing on mild to moderate spectrum and behavioral students. Estifania also has experience as a Field Organizer at Nevada State Democratic Party, organizing outreach events and leading neighborhood caucuses. As a Program Coordination Intern at Northern Nevada International Center, Estifania generated proposals for federal professional exchange programs. Estifania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations and Affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno.
