Gabriela Cipolla, M.A., currently serves as a Senior Associate for Health Issues at AFT, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Gabriela worked as a Senior Advocate for Global Development Policy at Save the Children US from June 2022 to September 2023 and as a Research Assistant for the Famine Prevention Study at USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance from January 2022 to May 2022. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role with Save the Children Denmark from May 2021 to May 2022 and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, completed in May 2022. Earlier in the career, Gabriela was a member of the Teach For America Corps from 2018 to August 2020 and held positions at Centre College and various internships related to education, immigration policy, and advocacy. Gabriela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International/Global Studies with a concentration in Development from Centre College, earned in 2018.
