Caleb Howe is an experienced manager with a diverse background in logistics and operations. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Relationships and Manager of Account Management at AFS Logistics since May 2023, Caleb has implemented processes that enhance communication, goal completion, revenue, and customer experience. Prior to AFS Logistics, Caleb worked at C.H. Robinson for over two decades, holding multiple managerial roles including Manager of Field Operations and Manager of Account Managers, where performance evaluation and efficiency development were key focuses. Additionally, as Co-Owner of Candy Spree, Caleb successfully established a retail business specializing in bulk candy. Caleb's military service in the United States Marine Corps provided foundational training that complements a strong educational background, including a Bachelor's in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations, an MBA in Business Administration and Management, and an Associate's in Fire Science/Fire-fighting.
