Luisa Novelli is currently serving as the Hosting Experience Engagement Coordinator at AFS Intercultural Programs, responsible for enhancing the hosting experience and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Prior to this role, Luisa held various positions at AFS Argentina y Uruguay, including Chief Operating Officer, where oversight of mobility programs spanning more than 34 countries and leadership of a hybrid workforce of 25 staff and 800 volunteers were key responsibilities. Additional roles included Senior Director of Operations, International Program Coordinator, Customer Relationship Management Coordinator, and International Outbound Programs Assistant, showcasing a comprehensive background in program management, operational efficiency, and volunteer engagement. Luisa holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a Postgraduate Degree in Executive Education from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
