Kevin Els is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing IT support systems and infrastructure maintenance. Since 2002, Kevin has served as the IT Support Systems Manager at AfriSam, overseeing IT/OT support at regional sites and managing the IT budget while providing user support in alignment with service level agreements. Previously, Kevin held various roles at AfriSam, including Information Services and IS Technician, where responsibilities included desktop support, Active Directory maintenance, and support for SAP applications. In addition to tenure at AfriSam, Kevin has been an IT Manager at Tanga Cement since 2015, focusing on implementing IT support models and maintaining infrastructure. Kevin began a career in IT at Oranje Vaal Engineering, contributing to daily infrastructure management and telecom systems.
