Julia McLaughlin has a diverse work experience. Julia has been working at the African Wildlife Foundation since 2013, holding positions such as Director of Data Services, Data Services Manager, Data Services Coordinator, and Donor Database Assistant. Prior to that, they worked as a Philanthropy Intern at the African Wildlife Foundation in 2012. Before that, they were the Donor Relations Chair at Elonthon Dance Marathon in 2011. Julia also interned with Search for Common Ground on Race during the same year. In 2008, they worked as an Office Assistant at the University of Maryland.
Julia McLaughlin attended Elon University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. In 2010, they briefly studied subjects like Memory, Identity and History, Religion, Ethics and Human Rights, and African Dance at the University of Cape Town.
