Michelle Kinda is a skilled professional in the fields of learning coaching, instructional design, and data analysis, currently serving as a Learning Coach & Instructional Designer at The African Leadership University since January 2023. In this role, Michelle collaborates with faculty to create engaging educational content and utilizes data to assess student engagement and employability. Prior experience includes a QA Engineering Internship at Tana, where Michelle tested software and generated reports, as well as a position as a Data Analyst at Executive Assist Africa, coordinating with developers to draft requirements and testing documentation. Earlier roles involved providing IT support at Nanosoft Technologies and Muthaiga Country Club. Michelle Kinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Strathmore University, completed in 2022.
