Mary Kimani is a highly experienced Learning Experience Designer at ALU Education since January 2017, specializing in conducting design sessions to define key learning outcomes and develop course content for various programs. Prior to this role, Mary served as Operations and Business Development Manager at Sideways Metal Works from 2010 to 2016, where responsibilities included leading client pitches and assisting in day-to-day operations. Earlier experience includes roles as an Underwriter at CFC Insurance Ltd. and as an Insurance Specialist at CarMax Leasing and Rentals. Mary began their career with an internship at the Insurance Regulatory Authority, focusing on actuarial analysis and compliance. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Certificate of Proficiency from College Of Insurance, an Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute, and a Certificate in French from Alliance Francaise Kenya.
