Yekini Aladenusi is a seasoned Senior Production Technician at African Industries Group, with extensive experience in process improvement and maintenance management. Since February 2014, Yekini successfully implemented a Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) project that achieved a 75% reduction in changeover time without new equipment investment and launched a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) champion program that increased Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by 15% within a year.
