Vishweswara P has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. VISHWESWARA is currently working as the Group Head - Administration at African Industries Group since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at 24X7 Facility Service Connect Pvt Ltd for 11 years, starting as the Vice President - Operations & Business Management from 2012 to 2017, and then promoted to Senior Vice President Business Operations until 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head - Property & Assets at Equinox Realty (Essar Ltd) from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as an Operations Manager - Technical at MAB Facilities Management, L.L.C. from 2009 to 2010 and as the Manager - Corporate Real Estate at Target from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they served as an Assistant Manager - Engg Services at Wipro Technologies from 2005 to 2007 and as an Engineer at Pfizer from 1998 to 2005.

Vishweswara P pursued their education in a chronological manner starting with a diploma program in Mechanical Engineering. From 1993 to 1996, they attended Govt. Polytechnic Chamarajnagar, where they obtained a DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering). Later, from 2003 to 2006, they enrolled in Madurai Kamaraj University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) with a concentration in Computers.
