Patrick Ngechu, Msc, CPA(K), IPSAS, BBM, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Program Director at KAWE since July 2018, overseeing fundraising initiatives and facilitating communication between the Board and staff. In addition, Patrick holds the position of Board Member and Treasurer for the Non-communicable Diseases Alliance Kenya, where responsibilities include maintaining financial records and providing financial statements. As an Assistant Lecturer at Africa International University, Patrick teaches courses in Mathematics of Finance and Personal Finance & Wealth Management. Previously, as Director of the School of Accountancy at the University of Kigali from March 2015 to February 2018, Patrick was responsible for staff management, budget compliance, and ensuring educational quality. Patrick's educational background includes multiple degrees in finance from various institutions and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Finance.
