Caroline Cosby is an experienced professional with a robust background in partnerships development, program management, and international relations. Currently serving as an Academic Associate at the Africa Center for Strategic Studies since November 2021, Caroline previously held several roles at Tostan, including Partnerships Development Officer and Global Network Coordinator, where responsibilities included driving business development, cultivating donor relationships, and leading successful fundraising campaigns. Additional experience includes managing a significant program budget at the Rights and Resources Initiative, participating as a member of the National Language Service Corps, and conducting research projects at the Timbuktu Institute. Caroline's academic credentials feature a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and French from Bryn Mawr College, as well as studies in Political Science at Sciences Po and the African Flagship Language Initiative at the University of Florida.
