Heidi Ward has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as an Account Manager at AFR Wholesale since May 2015, where remote account management is provided. Prior roles include CSR at Sierra Pacific Mortgage from August 2011 to April 2015, where a successful transition to a remote position occurred following the closure of the Chicago branch.
