David Feinerman, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, MS, serves as the Talent Management Director at Afognak Native Corporation since August 2021, leading employee training, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Previously, David held the position of Head of Workforce Innovation at Cuyahoga County from April 2016 to August 2021, managing a $3 million annual budget and achieving a 4x return on investment. Additional experience includes Human Resources Manager roles at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and Cleveland State University, where significant improvements in recruiting and onboarding processes were realized. David also coordinated workforce support programs for families during the recession at Commonpoint Queens Samuel Field Y, and held various human resources positions earlier in their career, including Director of Recruiting and Career Advancement at EisnerAmper LLP. David's academic background includes a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College.
