Michael VaVerka has over twenty years of experience in various management and animation roles. Currently serving as Division Manager at American Financial Network, Inc. since September 2010, Michael manages recruits in all aspects of loan origination. Additionally, Michael is an investor at GoMyLocal LLC and a consultant for The RMD Financial Group, Inc. Experience in the animation industry includes working on significant projects such as James Cameron's film Avatar at Giant Studios and creating real-time movies for Enter the Matrix at Shiny Entertainment. Early career roles include Animation Director at Sony Computer Entertainment of America and Lead Artist/Animator at The 3DO Company. Michael holds a degree in Computer Visual Imaging from the University of Silicon Valley and has foundational education in General Studies from Orange Coast College.
