Batoul Idrissi Qaitouni is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in account management and client relations. Currently serving as Chargée de compte at AFMA since August 2020, Batoul is responsible for auditing contracts, negotiating insurance solutions, and managing client portfolios. Prior to this role, Batoul worked at Epega Assurances as Chargée de grands comptes, focusing on product commercialization and contract management. Batoul's career began with internships in financial analysis and client satisfaction at various banking institutions, including BMCE Bank and BMCI Groupe BNP Paribas. Batoul holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Université Mundiapolis and has a background in Business Management and Economics from esteemed institutions.
