Gabriel Paluch has had a long and varied career in the technology and consulting industries. Gabriel began their career in 1998 as a Product Manager for Netplus, where they developed marketing activities and managed partner relationships. In 2001, they moved to Unisys as a Portfolio Sales Executive, where they organized events to launch new products, spoke at industry trade shows, and developed and managed partner relationships. In 2003, they became a Consultant for Getronics Canada, where they managed the resources of the tech team and introduced new project management techniques. In 2004, they worked as a Consultant for Investors Group. In 2005, they returned to Unisys as an Account Executive for Technology, Consulting, and Integration Solutions for Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, and also worked as an Ejecutivo de Cuentas for Damovo. In 2010, they moved to Hewlett-Packard as a Client Principal Professional Services HP Software and Solutions Latin America South Region, where they were responsible for understanding the customer's business and strategizing Consulting and Integration led solutions. In 2011, they became a Business Development Manager for LATAM at Critical Path, where they developed and managed key contacts and relationships, and contributed to increasing revenue in Latin America. In 2013, they joined Celltick as Managing Director and Regional Account Manager Caribbean and Latin America, where they were responsible for customer relationships, identifying new product opportunities, strategic partnerships, business development, and people management. In 2008, they also served as Chief Technology Officer and Board Member for Afluenta.

Gabriel Paluch began their educational journey in 1971, when they attended E.N.E.T. Nro. 9 Ing. Luis. A. Huergo and earned their Electrotecnico degree in the field of Electricity in 1977. Gabriel then attended the University of Buenos Aires from 1978 to 1983, studying Electronic Engineer. Finally, they attended Red River College Polytechnic from 2003 to 2005, studying Project Management.
