Yugandhara Bakre is an experienced Technical Consultant and Tech Lead for Product Development at Aflac Digital Services in the Charlotte Division, starting in January 2016. With expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in the digitization and development of Aflac Insurance Products, Yugandhara serves as the sole Technical Lead responsible for maintaining the enrollable insurance products on Aflac's Everwell platform. Prior roles included Lead Business System Analyst, Senior Business System Analyst, and Business System Analyst within Aflac's Product Development department, as well as a Technical Assistant at the IT Service Desk at UNC Charlotte, providing tech support to the university community. Early career experiences include an internship at Amnesty International focusing on digital marketing and a project internship at AccelTree Software, where Yugandhara contributed to the design and development of a cross-platform mobile application. Yugandhara holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Cummins College of Engineering for Women.
