Jay O'Leary has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as a Group Sales Manager at AFLAC since November 2010. Previously, Jay held the position of Senior Employee Benefits Sales Executive at MetLife from March 2002 to October 2010 and served as Regional Vice President at Monument Capital Mortgage from January 1997 to February 2002. Jay O'Leary completed the Leadership Excellence Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2019 and earned a degree from Kent State University between 1991 and 1995.
