Mariana Aguirre is an experienced entrepreneur and professional with a diverse background in organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from 2017 to 2019. In addition to these roles, Mariana practiced as a nutritionist in a private consulting firm from 2016 to 2019 and taught university courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
