Fakhar Ejaz has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Fakhar is currently working at Afiniti as the Senior Vice President of Global HR. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of HR-PK & Global Head HRBP-Tech functions at the same company.
Before joining Afiniti, Fakhar worked at Jazz, where they held various roles. Fakhar was the VP and Head of Talent, Learning & Culture, providing support to all business units within Jazz. Earlier in their career, Fakhar worked at Procter & Gamble as an Associate HR Manager and E&T Pillar Leader.

Fakhar Ejaz completed an Executive Education program in People, Culture, and Performance at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2019. Fakhar obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Bahria University between 2013 and 2015. Fakhar earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BEE) with a focus on Telecommunication from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they received a Fellowship of Sciences in Pre-Engineering from Islamabad Model College for Boys F-8/4 (I.M.C.B) from 1992 to 2004.
