Sophia Ratti is a legal expert in social law with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, as Responsable Juridique Social at AFIGEC since January 2019, Sophia Ratti provides internal and external technical expertise on complex social law issues, oversees a team of five lawyers and an administrative assistant, and manages various tasks including legal updates, client communication, and webinar presentations. Prior to this, Sophia Ratti served as Juriste Référente Droit Social at Pôle Prévention from December 2012 to December 2018, focusing on amiable and judicial management of client dossiers primarily concerning social relations. Earlier experience includes working as a Juriste Droit Social at Groupama Protection Juridique, where responsibilities included managing social law disputes and training interns. Sophia Ratti holds a Master 2 in Droit Social from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
