Ben Hammill has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ben began their career in 2003 as a Group Key Account Manager at SD Media Ltd, where they worked until 2006. Ben then moved on to the AFI group of companies in 2007, starting as a New Business Executive and later progressing to roles such as Construction NVQ Development Manager, National Business Development Manager, and Senior Business Development Manager. Currently, Ben holds the position of Divisional Director - Infrastructure & Major Projects at AFI group of companies, starting in January 2023.

Ben Hammill attended Wakefield, where they obtained a degree in All Good Round Education. In addition, they have obtained certifications in First Aid, IOSH Managing Safely, IPAF Mewps for Managers, and neuro linguistic programming from AFI group of companies.
