John G. is a seasoned construction and development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at AFG Group, Inc. since February 2017, John previously held the position of President at K4 Contractors, LLC, where leadership was provided for a general construction company focused on design-build and construction management services for diverse projects. As Director of Development and Construction at BP Realty Investments, LLC from March 2012 to July 2015, John managed design and construction efforts for various real estate developments. Prior roles include Project Executive at Gilbane Building Company and Skanska USA Building Inc., where John oversaw multiple projects with a focus on optimizing operations and ensuring profitability. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management Technology from the University at Buffalo, as well as an AAS in Architectural Technology from Erie Community College.
