Carl Crass possesses extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as a Construction Manager at AFG Group, Inc. since October 2012. Prior to this role, Carl contributed as a Construction Manager at Parsons from November 2007 to October 2011 and held the position of Deputy Director in the General Services Department for Fulton County Government from October 2000 to July 2007. Carl earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where studies took place from 1976 to 1978.
