Vishal Soni has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Vishal began in 2002 as a CTS at Dell International Services, then moved on to Odyssey Technologies as a Software Engineer. In 2005, they joined Samsung Research & Development Institute as a Deputy General Manager. Vishal remained in this position until 2016 when they became the Deputy General Manager of Product Management & Services Marketing at Samsung India Electronic Private Limited. In 2020, they were promoted to General Manager in the same company's Product Management & Services Marketing department. Later, in 2023, they took on two positions simultaneously: Non-Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer at Explurger. Vishal also became the Vice President of Global Strategic Partnerships at Affle during the same year.

Vishal Soni completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Marketing & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, during the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, between 1998 and 2002.
