Melanie Leyva is an experienced professional in healthcare administration, currently serving as the Business Office Manager at Affinity Hospice Care since April 2022, where previously held the role of Administrative Clerk. Prior to this, Melanie worked as a Hospice Intake Coordinator at IMP LLC from October 2016 to December 2018 and served as an Intake Coordinator at Rehab Focus Health from 2007 to 2010. Melanie holds an Associate of Arts degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Eastern Gateway Community College, obtained between 2020 and 2021, and an Associate of Arts degree in the same field from the University of Phoenix, completed from 2011 to 2014.
