Sue Kozik is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and CIO at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana from August 2018 to July 2024, Kozik is responsible for technology strategy, cybersecurity services, and enterprise project management. Previous positions include Executive Vice President and CIO at Group Health Cooperative, where Kozik led IT strategy and transformation, and SVP, CIO, and Transformation Leader at Independence Blue Cross, overseeing company-wide IT efforts. With experience at Direct Energy, OGE Energy Corporation, TIAA-CREF, Lucent Technologies, Penn Mutual Life Insurance, and CIGNA Corporation, Kozik has consistently driven innovation and operational effectiveness in information technology.
