Lance Rome has a strong background in program and project management. Lance started their career at Lockheed Martin in 1992, where they served as a Program Manager. In this role, they led development teams and collaborated with executive leaders and project managers from various government agencies on large-scale programs. Lance also traveled extensively to test and implement programs globally.

In 2006, Lance joined American Express as a Project Manager. Lance successfully directed project processes, managed multiple project portfolios, and oversaw program demos for global audiences.

Currently, Lance is the Director of Enterprise Strategic Programs at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. Lance is responsible for overseeing the implementation and supervision of strategic programs across multiple companies within the organization. Lance plays a key role in ensuring organizational growth and change, as well as the implementation of mergers and acquisitions.

Lance Rome has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Lance also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the same university.
