Gideon Danso currently serves as the Head of Business Support at Affinity Ghana, overseeing all banking operations, which include managing channels, products, and setting up Customer Centres and Agency networks. Prior to this role, Gideon Danso held multiple positions at Advans Ghana Savings & Loans from May 2008 to October 2023, including Head of Business Standards and Solutions, Head of Micro and Retail Segment, Area Manager for the Northern Sector, and Branch Manager, focusing on customer acquisition and branch management. Additionally, Gideon Danso worked briefly as a consultant at Advans Bank Tanzania Ltd in 2015. Gideon Danso holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the same institution, as well as attending the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in 2014.
