Ariel Wiener has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Ariel currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Affinity Dental Management since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Concerned Dental Care from 2018 to 2021.

In 2016, Ariel worked as the Vice President of Operations at Assure Dental Family Care and Braces, overseeing the day-to-day operations of nine dental facilities and a corporate location in Southern California.

Before that, from 2012 to 2015, they held the same role at Assure Dental Family Care and Braces, managing various aspects of the company including operations, budget planning, staff training, marketing, and customer relations.

In 2015, Ariel worked as the VP of Business Intelligence at Smile Brands Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing operations and marketing analytics, strategic planning, and managing new dashboard launches.

Prior to that, they held positions at Western Dental Services, serving as the Director of Specialty Programs Operations and the Director of Practice Development Department (Director of Operations). In these roles, they oversaw various operations, analyzed program metrics, conducted strategic planning, managed staff, and handled special projects.

Ariel's earlier experiences include working as the Director of Marketing & Administrator at Dr. Zak Sea Breeze Dental and as the Director of Development at Chabad Jewish Student Center at the University of Southern California. Ariel also served as a Sergeant First Class in the Israel Defense Forces from 1998 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Ariel has demonstrated expertise in managing dental facilities, overseeing operations, implementing strategic plans, and handling various administrative responsibilities.

Ariel Wiener holds a Master of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Southern California.
