Matthew Monsman is an experienced professional with a strong background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Development & Database Manager II at Affinity Credit Union since September 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Andgo Systems from June 2022 to September 2023. Prior roles at Vibe HCM included Director Customer Support, Professional Services Manager, Senior Product Architect, and Developer Analyst/Product Architect from April 2007 to May 2022. Matthew began a career at IRD as a Software Engineer and Software Engineer Intern from May 2004 to April 2007. Educationally, Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan, earned between 2000 and 2006.
