Robert Lilya has extensive experience in technical support, sales, and computer repair. Currently serving as a Technical Support Representative at Affinitiv Inc since July 2021, Robert previously held positions as a Sales Representative for Microsoft Cloud at Tech Data and as a Computer Repair Technician at Geek Squad, where responsibilities included malware removal, OS optimizations, hardware repairs, and custom PC builds. Earlier roles included IT Consultant, Mobile Sales Consultant, and Home Theater Sales Consultant at Best Buy. Robert's education includes studies at St. Petersburg College from 2009 to 2011 and ongoing coursework beginning in August 2019.
