Josh Coleman has over 20 years of experience in operational management and support within the retail and technical sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Post Sales Operations at Affinitiv since May 2018, Josh has held various roles including Manager of Operations Coordination and Quality Assurance, as well as multiple positions in technical support. Prior to Affinitiv, Josh worked at GameStop from December 2007 to July 2016, where responsibilities included serving as Area Manager, overseeing operations across 15 stores and training new Store Managers, and as Store Manager, managing daily operations such as hiring, training, payroll, P&L, and inventory. Josh began a career in retail as a Store Manager at Movie Gallery from March 2003 to December 2005.
